We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Attorney with 7-16 years of experience in commercial litigation and insurance defense to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and litigate a diverse caseload involving commercial disputes and insurance defense.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and colleagues to enhance case strategies and firm practices.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Oklahoma.
• 7-16 years of relevant experience in commercial litigation and insurance defense.
• Proven track record of success in managing complex litigation matters.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
