Full Time Dental Insurance and Financial Coordinator Schedule:
Monday and Wednesday – 8:00am to 5:00pm (huddle is 8-8:30am)
Tuesday and Thursday – 7:00am to 4:00pm (huddle is 7-7:30am)
Friday – 8:00am to 1:00pm (huddle is 8-8:30am)

- Managed dental Accounts Receiveable and posting Insurance payments/making adjustments
- Dental Insurance Verifications
- Treatment Planning/Offering
- Work with financial partners such as Carecredit
- Accounting for patients and making sure that relations are maintained
- Organizing and helping with claims
- Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
- Requesting records
- Patient follow ups
- Manage unscheduled and treatment pending lists to ensure patient follow through to meet scheduling goals
- High school diploma required
- 3 or more years dental front office experience required
- Knowledge in dental Accounts Receivable
- Competent in posting insurance payments and making proper adjustments
- Knowledgable with dental insurance verifications and updating coverage table, dental coding
- Competent in treatment planning/offering
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Self started
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with a team
