We currently have an open position for Licensed Personal Lines Account Manager. You will be responsible for servicing and expanding a book of business by servicing & selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. This is a full-time salary position including an excellent benefit package along with many opportunities for additional commission and sales incentives & growth bonus.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Provide Customer Service for endorsements, billing, renewals and claims etc.
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Answer incoming phone calls from new business clients for quotes.
• Responsibly for maintaining and growing a book of business.

• Possess an active Connecticut Property & Casualty Producers License.
• Life license preferred
• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize
