Jeff Cook Insurance Agency is looking for Licensed Insurance Sales Professionals to join their growing insurance agency in Lowell, AR. The ideal Insurance Sales Producer will enjoy working with people, prospecting, and enjoys selling. The Licensed Insurance Producer will help customers get the right protection for their families ability to quote and discuss coverages/possible insurance gaps, make outbound calls to prospects, ask for referrals, and build referral sources.
Incentives and Pay
- $20 an Hour + Weekly, Monthly, and Annual Bonus Opportunities + Monthly Commission
- Vacation Time 1 week of vacation, 2 weeks of vacation after two years
- Retirement Plan Employer Contribution starts after 3 years of tenure
Salary Range: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound prospecting calls to new leads, existing lead follow-up, or renewal dates to offer insurance quotes or follow-up on quotes.
- Network in the community and attend local networking meetings.
- Nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Quote insurance by offering the coverages the customers need based on their protection needs
- Utilize a sales process and closing focused on insurance coverage needs and coverages to fit gaps.
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers and ask for the sale.
- Ask customers for referrals based on the service level you and the agency provide
- Build centers of influence with possible referral sources - attend networking meetings and/or call/visit referral sources on a consistent schedule. Promote yourself and the agency by handing out your business cards
- Daily utilization of agency provided system to enter lead follow-up, comments, and documents
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 Year of Sales Experience
- Pass a background check
- Active Insurance Licenses | Property & Casualty Licenses (P&C)
- Maintain client confidentiality and privacy
- Interact, communicate, and build rapport with clients - ability to connect with customers and build rapport quickly
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn, be self-motivated, ability to work with a team, and possess a positive attitude
- Proficient at using computers, Microsoft Office, and online applications
- Problem solving, conflict resolution, and trouble-shooting skills
- Detail-oriented and able to organize, prioritize, focus, and complete tasks
