Insurance Marketing Specialist - The Resource

We’re seeking an Individual Market Specialist to play a key role in supporting the individual insurance market's open enrollment process. What You’ll Do:

• Client Support: File, scan, and upload meeting notes and insurance plan information into the system.
• Customer Communication: Assist with customer account notices, send status change letters, and follow up with phone calls.
• Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients to discuss their insurance options.
• Process Management: Process insurance applications and maintain accurate customer account information.
• Documentation: Ensure all client interactions and documentation comply with legal and company standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Parrott team to foster positive relationships and contribute to overall business success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Associate’s degree required.
• Insurance Knowledge: NC Life & Health Insurance license is a plus!
• Experience: Familiarity with medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, along with customer service experience.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient with Adobe and Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn new technology.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Organizational Skills: Acute attention to detail with excellent time management.
