As an Insurance Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of the agency. Responsible for clerical/administrative duties in support of the Financial Representatives office. Provides customer service in-person, over the phone, and email. Assist with quotes and processing policy changes including some money-handling. Warm and cold sales required.

This position is an hourly pay based on the experience.
Salary Range: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Client Support: Assist clients with inquiries, policy information, and general support.
Administrative Tasks: Perform duties to support the Financial Representative in the daily operations of the business including, but not limited to typing, filing, and maintaining client appreciation campaigns.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage and fill Financial Representatives schedule by communicating with clients and prospects to set appointments.
Customer Service: Provide excellent service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
Licensing: Must be willing to obtain Nevada Property & Casualty license within 60 days of employment. Preferred candidate will obtain license prior to start date / during onboard process.
Experience: Preferred candidate will have experience working in the insurance industry, preferably within an agents office or their own.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and basic office software.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and support a positive team environment.
Professionalism: Present a polished and professional image in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
