Insurance Office Manager - Primary Location

We are currently seeking an experienced Insurance Office Manager who holds an active Property & Casualty License. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our insurance office, ensuring that all client needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of service and professionalism.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Manage client inquiries, addressing concerns or inquiries promptly and effectively.

Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office functions, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient operations.

Team Coordination: Collaborate with agents and underwriters to facilitate the insurance process and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Policy Management: Assist with policy applications, endorsements, and claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Customer Support: Provide support to clients regarding policy details, claims processes, and general insurance inquiries.

Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as paperwork, scheduling, and office organization to support office efficiency.

Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License is required.Experience: Previous experience in customer service or office management role is preferred.Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and maintain attention to detail.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues in a timely manner.Positive Attitude: Positive, inviting demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
