Salary Range: $50000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing clients through relationship building and superior service.
• Policy Reviews: Review clients' current insurance policies, identify gaps, and offer comprehensive solutions.
• Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, claims, and concerns.
• Networking: Build a strong professional network in the community to generate referrals and expand client base.

• Licensing: Possess or be willing to obtain a NJ Property & Casualty License.
• Experience:
• Demonstrated success in outside sales or a related field is an advantage.
• Commercial lines experience preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with clients effectively.
• Customer Focus: A passion for helping clients and a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an in-person work environment, fostering relationships and driving results.
