Responsibilities
- Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing clients through relationship building and superior service.
- Policy Reviews: Review clients' current insurance policies, identify gaps, and offer comprehensive solutions.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, claims, and concerns.
- Networking: Build a strong professional network in the community to generate referrals and expand client base.
Requirements
- Licensing: Possess or be willing to obtain a NJ Property & Casualty License.
- Experience:
- Demonstrated success in outside sales or a related field is an advantage.
- Commercial lines experience preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with clients effectively.
- Customer Focus: A passion for helping clients and a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
