Salary Range: $40000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Client Consultations: Conduct thorough discussions with clients to understand their insurance requirements and offer tailored solutions.

Inbound Inquiries: Manage incoming inquiries from clients, address their concerns, and propose suitable insurance options.

Policy Optimization: Analyze client needs to recommend comprehensive insurance plans that best suit their circumstances.

Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to expand client coverage by recommending additional insurance products.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Continuous Education: Stay informed about industry developments and trends to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.

Interview Process: You must complete an assessment to be considered for the position. ASSESSMENT is MANDATORY.

Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license in Michigan is required.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
