Salary Range: $52000.00 - $68000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Be the link between the company, clients/prospects and the multiple insurance carriers represented by our company.
- Perform the essential duties of servicing our book of business, including new and renewal marketing and placement.
- The ability to cultivate new business with both existing and new accounts is also a critical function of this position.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Work well with other employees and be a team player with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
