Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Proactively seek out and engage potential clients to expand customer base.
Policy Assessment: Analyze and evaluate clients' currently held policies and identify areas for improvement.
Insurance Solutions: Develop customized insurance plans tailored to meet clients' individual needs and financial goals.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional products that complement existing policies.
Community Engagement: Represent the agency at local events to grow brand awareness and build community ties.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to and appropriately documented.
Requirements
Licensing: Must hold or be willing to obtain an Oregon Property & Casualty insurance license.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address clients' needs effectively.
Sales Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets or similar goals.
