Salary Range: $35000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
- Build rapport with potential clients, actively listening to their needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet assigned targets and drive growth in the agency.
Policy Presentation:
- Clearly present insurance products and services to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and coverage options.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to promote retention and encourage referrals.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors to position the agency effectively.
Documentation:
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation related to sales and client interactions.
Requirements
Licensing:
- An active insurance license in Washington is required.
Experience:
- Background in sales or insurance is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key. We can teach the sales, we can't teach attitude, drive, and desire to succeed.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Motivation:
- Self-driven with a determination to meet and exceed sales goals.
