Olsten Staffing is currently seeking an Insurance Representative for a company located Florence, South Carolina.
Position Overview:
As an Insurance Representative , you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression, managing front desk operations, and supporting our insurance agents and staff. Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet Clients: Welcome clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer Phones: Manage a multi-line phone system, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department.
- Schedule Appointments: Coordinate and schedule meetings for clients with insurance agents.
- Process Transactions: Assist with processing insurance claims, payments, and other administrative tasks.
- Manage Documentation: Maintain and organize client files, documents, and records with attention to confidentiality.
- Handle Correspondence: Prepare and distribute client correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports.
- Provide Information: Offer general information about insurance products and services.
- Support Team: Assist insurance agents and other staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred, especially in an insurance or financial services environment.
