As part of Bayview Asset Management, we’re seeking licensed insurance professionals to sell personal lines products—home, auto, umbrella, flood—from top carriers like Travelers, Safeco, Stillwater, Nationwide, and more. Responsibilities:- Make outbound sales calls through a lead management system.
- Handle inbound sales calls using an ACD phone system.
- Cross-sell additional lines of business to maximize opportunities.
- Provide accurate quotes for home and auto policies using a rating system.
- Complete and bind policies directly on carrier websites.
- Strive for a "One Call Close" on every sales interaction.
- Track and manage all client interactions through an agency management system.
- Internet Requirements: Minimum 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload; Ethernet connection required.
- Training: Complete a four-week virtual training program and pass the Practical Skills Application Assessment (measures readiness for independent customer interactions; failure may affect employment status).
- Skills: Strong communication, sales, and prospecting abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to quickly learn new systems (experience with Applied Epic is a plus).
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, results-driven, with a customer service focus.
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Experience: 2+ years in Property and Casualty Insurance Sales; call center experience is a plus; 1+ year(s) of outbound call prospecting required.
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (e.g., AZ, FL, TX).

This position is fully remote.
Schedule:
Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. EST – 7:00 p.m. EST
Regular Schedule: Monday through Friday,12:00 p.m. EST – 9:00 p.m. EST.
Pay & Benefits:
- Compensation: $21.53 per hour, plus uncapped monthly commission. Annual earning potential ranges from $44,782 to $108,490.
