Responsibilities

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas, driving growth for the agency.
Policy Recommendations: Assess client requirements and suggest appropriate insurance plans that meet their individual needs.
Customer Service: Address client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with clients to review and renew their insurance policies.
Market Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to offer informed advice to clients.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share insights and develop strategies for increased sales and client retention.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess an active Insurance Sales License for Indiana.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-Focused: Strong ability to understand and meet customer needs and expectations.
