The Greg White Allstate Insurance agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing 29 year agency. You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on property and casualty insurance. At the Greg White Agency we are dedicated to the growth of our team with the best training, technology and leads to help you be the best you can be. I am only looking for experienced p/c insurance sales reps with a proven history looking for change and not have to make outbound calls all day to generate leads. You will have to call out some each day, but 1 to 1.5 hours a day on average.
We are looking for "A" players who want to make a great living. Our work environment is fast-paced, upbeat, and results-driven. Experience in the industry is not necessary. Our training and resources are top-notch and if you have what it takes, we will take care of you getting up to speed. P/C License and prior successful insurance sales required for the job.

Fast-paced Family-Oriented, and fun environment
Total compensation range is 75k to 120k+ consisting of base pay, plus commission and bonuses.
Position is remote 98% of the time, occasional in office meetings monthly or quarterly, plus on the rare occasion in office sales team is out then you would come in to provide in office sales support.
I would consider fully 100% remote if you have a proven superstar track record. For those of you outside the Houston area.
Salary Range: $75000.00 - $120000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.
- Ensure that the White Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
- Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
- Responsible for accurate underwriting.
- Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.
- Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.
