Salary Range: $70000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Identify and Prospect New Clients: Actively seek out and approach potential customers through provided leads.
- Sell Insurance Products: Educate clients on various insurance policies, including auto, home, life, health, and business insurance, and recommend products that meet their specific needs.
- Conduct Needs Analysis: Assess clients' coverage needs and financial situations to determine the most appropriate insurance products for their individual or business needs.
- Prepare and Present Insurance Quotes: Provide accurate and competitive quotes to clients and explain the policy details, coverage limits, and pricing in a clear manner.
- Manage Policy Renewals: Assist existing clients with policy renewals, review current coverage, and suggest updates or changes based on their evolving needs.
- Handle Customer Service and Claims Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist clients in filing insurance claims, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is a plus.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Licensing
