Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- You will act as an extension of the managing agent, taking on tasks like managing calendars, organizing leads, sending communications (emails, letters, etc.), and handling administrative follow-ups (e.g., collecting signatures, updating mailing addresses).
Client Onboarding and Communication:
- The Sales Assistant will play an active role in welcoming new clients, assisting with property inspections, and maintaining consistent communication via phone, email, and mail. Although they wont sell directly (because that requires a license), they are expected to handle customer inquiries and direct important questions back to licensed agents.
Lead Generation:
- They will be responsible for reaching out to prospects (making outbound calls, sending handwritten cards or postcards) to drive interest and quote opportunities for the Sales Agents.
Data and Task Management:
- The role involves maintaining and organizing databases, handling paperwork, and keeping all administrative tasks running smoothly so agents can focus on sales.
Requirements
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or an administrative role is preferred.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
Organizational Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Team Spirit:
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support teammates for the overall success of the agency.
Tech Proficiency:
- Familiarity with office software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
