- Canvass door-to-door to identify potential customers in areas affected by weather related damage.
- Assess and document storm damage on roofs, providing accurate and detailed reports.
- Educate homeowners on the roofing replacement process and available solutions.
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure timely and high-quality service.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, storm damage assessment, and replacement solutions.
- Proficient in using technology for lead management and communication.
- Able to carry a ladder and climb on roofs.
- Ability to work in all Florida weather conditions.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
- Adept at building trust and rapport with customers.

- Over 2 years of experience in sales or a similar in-home sales industry.
