Insurance Sales Executive - Shayna Wood Farmers Insurance

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to potential clients, assessing their needs, and providing appropriate coverage options. Our office provides each sales executive with leads to work (NO COLD CALLING).

On the job training is provided once license is obtained.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission

Evenings Off

Mon-Fri Schedule

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop sales strategies
• Provide guidance on various insurance products and coverage options
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions
• Call, Text, and email prospects to go over quotes.

Producers will need to obtain and maintain the Property & Casualty License within 30-60 days of being hired if not already obtained.
