Salary Range: $90000.00 - $110000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of insurance sales producers to achieve sales goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market share.
• Monitor team performance, set individual targets, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities for the sales team.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust sales strategies as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints effectively.

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Licensed to sell insurance products (or willingness to obtain licensing).
