Responsibilities
Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of insurance sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their insurance needs, and offer personalized solutions.
Training and Development: Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and create reports for management review.
