Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Forge connections with prospective clients, assess their insurance needs, and deliver accurate, personalized recommendations.
Sales Management: Cultivate leads, follow up on referrals, and close sales to meet and exceed both individual and team targets.
Policy Administration: Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and other administrative tasks with efficiency and precision.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering continuous support to ensure their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging products, and competitive landscape to provide clients with the most informed and effective solutions.
Requirements
Licensing: No license? No problem! The Chad Mitchell Agency will provide you access to comprehensive training and support to help you obtain your insurance license.
Previous Experience: While experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred, its not required. What matters is your ability to understand client needs and offer effective advice.
Communication Skills: Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and clearly present insurance options.
