Salary Range: $50000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Actively seek out new clients through various channels including networking, referrals, and community events.
- Client Consultations: Conduct comprehensive consultations with potential and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Policy Sales: Present the benefits of various insurance products and close sales by addressing client objections and emphasizing the value of coverage.
- Follow-up: Maintain communication with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any queries or policy adjustments needed.
- Relationship Management: Build and establish long-term relationships with clients based on trust and exceptional service, encouraging ongoing referrals.
Requirements
- Licensing: Must have an active California Insurance License.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or related fields is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
