Salary Range: $45000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet sales production goals and objectives as established.
• Prospect and generate new sales through provided leads & referrals.
• Follow-up with prospects by phone, text and email using our established process.
• Document all calls and quotes in our tracking system to coordinate follow-ups and activity
• Build strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and brand loyalty.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross sell opportunity including life insurance and financial products.

• Must be coachable and a great communicator.
• Have a positive attitude and works well within a team.
• No insurance experience required but must be eager to learn.
• Willing to get your P&C insurance license (we pay for you to get your license).
• Exceptional follow through that exceeds current and prospective client expectations.
