We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This position offers a competitive base salary of $40,000 with additional commissions and bonuses based on performance.
Heres a breakdown of the compensation plan:
- Base Salary: $40,000 annually
- Minimum Performance: Additional $25,000 in commissions and bonuses, totaling $65,000
- Average Performance: Total earnings typically around $75,000 to $80,000
- Top Performance: Total earnings up to $93,000, with $53,000 in additional commissions and bonuses
- Annual Bonus: Up to $5,000 based on individual and agency performance

Responsibilities
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
- Address client objections and concerns to overcome barriers to close sales.
- Implement strategies to exceed quotas and performance objectives.
- Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
Requirements
- Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
- Preferred candidate would already have their license but willing to train a motivated/driven individual.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new software and tools.
