Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Actively reach out to potential clients and initiate conversations about their insurance needs.

Needs Assessment: Evaluate clients current coverage and financial situation to provide personalized insurance solutions.

Policy Presentation: Clearly present insurance policy options and benefits to clients, ensuring they have a thorough understanding.

Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Document Preparation: Prepare and submit necessary documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness for each policy.

Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to keep them informed and engaged with their insurance plans.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Create relationships from a cold start.

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

Be capable of handling customer rejection.

Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
