About the Job
As an Insurance Agent use your sales and networking skills to meet with clients over the phone or in person educating them on insurance products including home, auto, commercial, life and more growing and managing your client book of business worth cash-value.
First year Insurance Agents can earn $150,000 +
Insurance experience is not required, Farmers Insurance Group offers nationally recognized training, and support.
Build and operate your own insurance agency while leveraging the support, resources, and reputation of one of the nation's most respected insurance companies!
This is a Monday-Friday position, where you will manage your own schedule with some evenings or weekends as required. Enjoy uncapped new business commissions, renewal commissions, bonuses and much more!
Salary Range: $50000.00 - $150000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to assess their insurance needs
Provide expert advice on insurance coverage options, including auto, home, life, business, and other specialty lines
Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients
Process policy changes, claims, and other customer inquiries promptly and accurately
Stay updated on insurance industry trends, products, and regulations
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and agency goals
Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Requirements
Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales or insurance is a plus.
Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong drive to succeed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A passion for helping people protect their assets and achieve financial security.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Benefits:
Competitive compensation, including new business and renewal commissions plus bonuses, total compensation estimated $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 in the first year.
