Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Proactively engage with prospective and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs and concerns to offer appropriate solutions.
Policy Recommendations: Provide clients with tailored insurance product recommendations that best meet their requirements and fit within their budget.
Sales Targets: Strive to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through dedicated sales efforts and follow-up strategies.
Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, leveraging local events and networks to promote agency services.
Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction throughout their insurance journey.
Market Trends: Stay informed about the latest developments in the insurance market to offer up-to-date advice and build a competitive edge.
Requirements
Licensing: Vermont Property & Casualty License required w/in 60 days of hire. We will pay for your training!
Experience: Previous sales experience in insurance or a related industry is highly beneficial.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
Customer Focused: Demonstrated commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Proactive Attitude: Ability to identify client needs and offer suitable solutions proactively.
Relationship Building: Skilled at developing long-term, positive relationships with clients.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite is required.
Local Presence: Must be available to work full-time from our Williston, Vermont office.
