Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Inbound Calls: Handle incoming inquiries, address concerns, and offer insurance options. Policy Analysis: Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage. Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios and suggest additional coverage. Customer Retention: Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
Licensing: Possess or willingness to obtain an Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or insurance-related activities is advantageous.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to connect with a diverse client base.
