If you're new to the industry, our Base Salary starts at $30,000 with expected commissions of around $35,000 for successful candidates. You should make $65,000+ in your first year!
Salary Range: $50000.00 - $120000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored advice.
Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls efficiently, address questions, and offer solutions.
Policy Customization: Design insurance plans that suit each client's unique requirements.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios through bundling or complementary services.
Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide informed guidance.
Requirements
Licensing: Possession of an active insurance license, preferably in Texas.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Customer-Oriented: Strong dedication to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote environment while staying productive and collaborative.
Team Player: Capable of collaborating effectively within a team and fostering positive relationships.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and other communication tools is a plus.
Typing: Ability to type 40 words per minute
