We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, providing tailored insurance solutions, and meeting sales targets. The position offers a base salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, with first-year earning potential, including base salary and commission, expected to reach $68,000.

Responsibilities
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
- Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
- Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
Requirements
- License Requirements: A Property and Casualty License is required. A license is not required to apply. We will pay 100% for licensing after 90 days of employment. A license must be obtained for the start date.
- The preferred candidate would already have Insurance Experience/License but is willing to train someone with previous sales experience.
