Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Proactively connect with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and offer personalized solutions.
Inbound Outreach: Manage and respond to inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring clients are informed and satisfied.
Policy Development: Customize insurance solutions tailored to each client's unique circumstances, focusing on comprehensive coverage.
Account Expansion: Actively seek opportunities to introduce additional insurance services to current clients.
Customer Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships with clients and provide ongoing support and expertise.
Market Awareness: Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and competitive products to enhance service offerings.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Tennessee Property & Casualty License is required or must be obtained while in training.
Experience: Insurance sales or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-Centric: Demonstrated ability to prioritize client needs and exceed their expectations.
Relationship Building: Proven track record of fostering and maintaining strong client relationships.
