Salary Range: $60000.00 - $120000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Provide a positive customer experience
- Customer interaction in-person and via the phone
- Take inbound sales calls generated by agency-driven and paid for lead sources
- Make outbound calls from agency-driven and paid for lead sources, these aren't COLD calls
- Identify gaps in coverages and offer solutions that can provide better cost-efficient solutions
- Educate customers on how to protect their families and assets
- Assist agency in achieving satisfaction goals and asking for positive reviews
Requirements
- Strong interest in growing in a career
- Confident and self-motivated
- No insurance experience required
- Willing to obtain necessary Property & Casualty license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritize for optimal follow-up and follow through
- Strong ethics to sell the right coverage for the right people
