Salary Range: $60000.00 - $120000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive customer experience
• Customer interaction in-person and via the phone
• Take inbound sales calls generated by agency-driven and paid for lead sources
• Make outbound calls from agency-driven and paid for lead sources, these aren't COLD calls
• Identify gaps in coverages and offer solutions that can provide better cost-efficient solutions
• Educate customers on how to protect their families and assets
• Assist agency in achieving satisfaction goals and asking for positive reviews

• Strong interest in growing in a career
• Confident and self-motivated
• No insurance experience required
• Willing to obtain necessary Property & Casualty license
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multi-task and prioritize for optimal follow-up and follow through
• Strong ethics to sell the right coverage for the right people
