Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients from the Latham, NY area to understand their insurance needs.
Policy Advice: Provide expert advice and recommendations on various insurance products offered by Allstate, ensuring they align with client needs.
Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and converting insurance sales opportunities.
Account Management: Manage existing client accounts, ensuring full satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, enhancing customer loyalty and retention.
Networking: Participate in local community events to promote Allstate and establish a visible presence in the community.
Continuous Education: Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in the insurance industry to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
Licensing: Active New York State Insurance License is preferred, particularly in Property & Casualty.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field will be a significant advantage.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to clearly explain complex policies and options to clients.
