P&C licensed agents needed! $1,000-$3,000 hiring bonus if P&C licensed, depending on experience.

Looking for a great career sales opportunity? Insurance sales representatives are in demand. The majority of activity in this role is directed toward the generation of new sales to both existing and prospective clients. Success in this role is based on individual motivation with a hunger to win.

We pay a competitive base salary with generous commission opportunities and room for growth! Salary plus commission and bonus 70-100K first year.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives
• Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
• Develop insurancequotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Present and explain productoptions based uponclient needs and personalgoals
• Foster strong relationships with customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
• Develop new Financial Services opportunities
• Promote the agencyreferral program
• Maintain knowledge of new products

Requirements

• Will need to work towards licenses including: P&C and Life and Disability. We will help you!
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful

• Must be a highly motivated, self-driven, goal-oriented individual
