Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with current and potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored advice.

Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls efficiently, address inquiries, and offer appropriate solutions.

Policy Customization: Design and recommend insurance plans that best suit each client's requirements.

Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to expand client portfolios by suggesting additional products or services.

Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and updates to offer well-informed advice to clients.

Licensing: Possession of an active Illinois Property & Casualty License is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
