We are currently seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This position offers a base salary of $40,000 - $45,000 plus commission. The role begins with in-office training, with the potential to transition to work from home after training is completed. Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm) Work Schedule w/ 1 Hour Lunch Break
Responsibilities
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
- Initiate between 100-150 calls a day to identify potential clients.
- Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
- Address client objections and concerns to overcome barriers to close sales.
Requirements
- Preferably licensed before starting, but no previous insurance experience required.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the agency.
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
- Driven by achieving personal and professional goals.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
