We are on the lookout for a passionate Insurance Sales agent who is highly motivated to make 6 figures. hourly starts at $14-20 an hour (plus commission and bonuses) dependent on experience and closing record. We are seeking a closer not a soft seller.

Salary Range: $35000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Work our existing customer list to cross sell and bundle additional products
- 60-100 calls a day
- build value with new leads, overcome objections and close new business.
- Handle occasional service calls.
- Build a personal referral network for additional leads
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their insurance needs, and offer personalized solutions.
Requirements
- 440 license required
- 220 license preferred
- Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales and management roles, demonstrating a track record of success and achievement.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire, motivate, and guide a team towards shared goals and objectives. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, analyze data, and make sound business decisions.
