Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Actively communicate with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.

Sales Target: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets to drive success.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve the clients.
Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required paperwork and documentation.
Requirements
Licensing: A valid Maryland Property & Casualty License is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related industry is advantageous.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Client Focused: A strong commitment to meeting and exceeding client needs and expectations.
