About the Job
A fun and exciting environment where you can feel at home! This is a full time sales position with a debt-free, stable, 18 year old independent award-winning agency. Duties include managing & retaining client relationships while selling personal lines and possibly commercial lines property & casualty insurance. Developing new long-term client relationships to set up different referral pipelines.
Make competitive commissions on all new sales business brought in. You will spend 40 hours weekly in our relaxed dress code office selling and managing clients for the established agency while also building up your own sales referral pipelines and earn commissions on all new business you generate! (IF WORKING ON COMMISSION IS NOT FOR YOU, WE CAN ACCOMODATE AS WE WANT TO UTILIZE YOUR STRENGTHS.)
This fast-paced office environment requires a disciplined person, a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task. The desired person needs to be able to be a "wearer of many hats" and be able to shift gears at a moments notice as we operate under deadlines for many new loan closings.
This position requires previous Property & Casualty experience. Speaking Spanish is a plus!
Beginning salary depends on experience. Training is provided with pay. Frequent performance reviews & salary increases will be offered to those who are motivated sales oriented candidates.
There is a great opportunity to make sales commissions within our agency. We have a suite of support items to assist in bringing in new business as well as an entire book of business of over 3000 clients that we have never concentrated on cross-selling additional insurance policies to. Salary Range: $28000.00 - $75000.00 per year
