We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural-born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people's lives. As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will be part of a team that is helping to grow the agency by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind. Our newest Licensed Insurance Sales Representative will pursue and respond to the requests and needs of prospects and current clients. As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will be trained to act as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting them.

Pay: Base pay plus commissions
Salary Range: $40000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients to introduce insurance products and services.
- Presentations: Conduct professional and informative presentations to educate clients on insurance options.
- Needs Analysis: Assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage based on their unique circumstances and goals.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate positive and long-lasting relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty.
- Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed sales quotas to contribute to the growth and success of the agency.
