Insurance Sales Representative - Primary Location

Farmers Insurance is offering an opportunity for individuals to become Agency Owners through the Protg Agency Producer program. This program is designed for those interested in transitioning into business ownership.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Licensing Requirements: If not currently licensed, the candidate must be willing to obtain two insurance licenses:

1. TX-General Lines Property & Casualty

2. General Lines Life, Accident & Health

Background Check: Must pass a background review (no felonies).

Duration: 12-months

Training: Work alongside an Agency Owner to learn how to grow business and sell insurance products.

Additional Support: Professional coaching, district office team support, and award-winning training.
