Salary Range: $42000.00 - $148000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Prospect Consultation: Engage with prospects to assess their insurance needs and recommend customized solutions.
Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls efficiently, providing information and resolving inquiries.
Policy Customization: Develop tailored insurance plans that meet the individual requirements of clients.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of industry trends and updates to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements
Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with our diverse client base.
Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License is a plus but not required. Must become licensed in Iowa and Nebraska before start date.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous, not required.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Client-Centered: A strong commitment to meeting and exceeding client needs.
