Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Conduct consultations with clients to determine their insurance needs and offer personalized advice.
Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from clients, address their inquiries, and provide solutions.
Policy Customization: Create insurance policies tailored to meet the specific requirements of each client.
Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by recommending additional policies or packages.
Building Client Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide the best possible service to clients.
Requirements
Insurance License: Possess an active insurance license for the state of Texas. You do not need a license to apply, we will help you obtain.
Previous Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Customer Focus: A sincere commitment to exceeding client expectations and building positive relationships.
