Insurance Sales Representative - Primary Location

Our office is growing and we are looking to bring on a new insurance sales representative to fit into our close-knit office! As an insurance sales representative you will have the chance to learn how to market and tailor insurance products to the individual customers we serve. To excel in this insurance sales role, you will need to be energetic, motivated, and ready to let us help you learn the industry and obtain the tools you need to succeed!

Salary Range: $36000.00 - $56000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Complete Binding Authority (about 40 hours).
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

• You must have your Texas General Lines P&C license or be willing to obtain a Texas General Lines P&C license in a short time frame. If you don't have your license, you must be willing to obtain one prior to your start date.
• Being people-oriented and self-motivated will greatly impact your overall success in this position.
• You must be able to communicate effectively and have exceptional written, verbal and listening skills.
• You must be able to use a computer and telephone system.
• You must have reliable transportation.
