Salary Range: $50000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• Interacting with clients on the phone
• Scheduling client appointments
• Processing new applications, current policies and payments
• Assisting the sales team with general office duties
• Taking on additional higher-level tasks as new skills and knowledge are acquired (such as conducting client appointments, policy holder coverage analysis and evaluation, sales of insurance products and financial services based on customer needs)

Applicant Minimum Requirements:

• Property & Casualty and Life licensed in the U.S. or willingness to become licensed
• Enthusiastic attitude, optimistic personality
• Knows that each interaction with a client is an opportunity to generate new business
• Strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve
• Previous experiences that demonstrate cross-selling and sales skills
• Able to work effectively with a team
• Well organized, resourceful and highly detailed
• Excellent writing, speaking and overall professional communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office computer skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
