This full-time position offers a competitive compensation structure including base salary, commission and bonus opportunities. Commission tier with a top potential of 16%. Responsibilities
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
- Actively seek referrals and expand professional networks.
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
- Implement strategies to exceed quotas and performance objectives.
Requirements
- Licensing Requirements:
- You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
- Preferred candidate would already have their license but we have a reimbursement program available for getting your license.
- Bilingual in Spanish would be a bonus!
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Works effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability in tasks.
