Our insurance agency is located in Union, MO, and we're up to big things! We provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance to help protect our clients, and their assets. Salary Range: $45000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close new lines of business.
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening.
• Must be coachable.
• Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus.
• Insurance experience is preferred, but not required.
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.
• Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
